2. The Offer is for Eligible Purchasers (as defined in paragraph 3 below) to receive Additional Features on an Eligible Vehicle (as set out in the table in paragraph 4) while stocks last.

3. To be an Eligible Purchaser, a customer must:
(i) make an Eligible Purchase in accordance with paragraph 5 below;
(ii) be a New Zealand resident living in New Zealand at the time of the Eligible Purchase; and

7. MSP does not include On Road Costs or Clean Car Rebate/Fees.

9. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer, including any matters relating to eligibility, is final and is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence whatsoever will be entered into regarding the Offer.

10. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
