Paying homage to the DNA of its predecessor, the 7th generation Multivan welcomes a new world. More flexible and spacious with extra room for luggage space for wherever your day leads you. The innovative multifunction table can be moved between seating rows and features three cupholders with extra storage capacity. Perfect for working on the go or keeping the kids occupied on longer journeys.
The Multivan features folding and easily removable individual seats in the rear, which now make it even easier to create different seating arrangements in just a few simple steps.
Inside is space for up to 7 seats. The rear 5 seats are adjustable and light, designed to be repositioned or removed to suit your set-up.
The Multivan is not only extremely comfortable – but it's also safe. Impressive driver assistance systems enhance safety, comfort, and convenience. Standard is the Front Assist Area Monitoring System, which includes City Emergency Braking, Cruise Control and the Lane Assist system.
Choose from a solid tone or optional classic two-tone finish which is complemented by stylish chrome band that runs centrally from the headlights to the rear.
Optional surround lighting in the door area gives you those little extra details, projecting the Multivan silhouette onto the floor as you open the front door.

The optional IQ. Light LED matrix headlights aren’t just for looks – they're also intelligent. The IQ. Light detects oncoming traffic and can selectively switch off individual light beams so as not to dazzle oncoming vehicles. Thanks to innovative camera and radar systems, the dynamic cornering light illuminates the bend even before you turn.

Height adjustable, featuring three cup holders and a deep storage compartment, the multi-function table is perfect for working on-the-go or keeping the kids occupied during longer journeys.
For the first time the Multivan is available in a Plug‑in Hybrid option. Combining a 1.4 TSI 110kW engine with an 85kW electric motor to produce a combined power output of 160kW. Providing you with silent, zero-emission driving for distances up to 50km1 on pure electric. If you are away for a longer period, an efficient combustion engine automatically switches on.
All modern vehicles contain plastics. Most of these are recycled. In the Multivan, the recycled materials are reused in the aerodynamic underbody trims, wheel housing liners and for noise insulation. Recycled plastics can also be found in other components, such as the floor covering. This has less impact on the environment, as fewer new raw materials are needed.
