The Promoter is Continental Cars Audi (“Promoter”) of 42 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland 1051. The offer is for Eligible Purchasers to receive 40,000 Air New Zealand Airpoints™ Dollars (referred to as “Airpoints Dollars”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “Offer”). The Offer opens on Friday, 5 April 2024 and ends 5:00pm NZST on 31 May 2024 (“Offer Period”). The Offer is deemed to be withdrawn upon the expiry of the Offer Period. By participating in the Offer you are deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions: a) ‘Eligible Purchaser’ means a New Zealand resident currently living in New Zealand that has completed an Eligible Purchase. b) ‘Eligible Purchase’ means the purchase of a Audi e-tron GT quattro, or Audi RS e-tron GT model that satisfies the following criteria: i) the Audi model must be purchased by an Eligible Purchaser from Continental Cars Audi; and ii) the new Audi model must be purchased, paid for in full and registered in the Eligible Purchaser’s name during the Offer Period. For clarity, pre-orders, used vehicle purchases, demonstrator, fleet and lease company purchases are not an Eligible Purchase. Customers may not use the Offer in conjunction with any other offer. The maximum value of the Offer is 40,000 Airpoints Dollars. The Offer is redeemable for an equivalent value discount on the Market Retail Price of the chosen vehicles. Once an Eligible Purchase has been completed and the Eligible Purchaser has signed the Vehicle Purchase Agreement, to receive the Airpoints Dollars the Eligible Purchaser must provide Continental Cars Audi with its Airpoints account details. Any credit proposed to be provided through Audi Finance is subject to its lending criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Offer or otherwise amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The Offer is subject to the laws of New Zealand. The Promoter and any person who participates in or accepts the Offer each accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand in respect of any matter relating to the Offer. An Eligible Purchaser must be a member of the Air New Zealand Airpoints programme to use the Airpoints Dollars.
