Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.
The winner must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid New Zealand driver’s license. Road tolls, parking fines and speeding fines are the full responsibility of the winner.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
To participate in the draw to win “A weekend with a Boxster or Cayenne” the winner must follow Continental Cars Porsche on Instagram and/or Facebook and must tag a friend in the comments alongside which model they would prefer to spend the weekend with.
The vehicle must only be driven by the person/s who signed for it. The user will not allow other persons to operate the vehicle while it is in the user’s custody and care.
The user will also not operate the loan vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs of any kind. Any breach of this clause may void any and all insurance cover in respect of the loan vehicle and the user shall be held entirely responsible for all damages and losses that may arise.
The user will exercise proper care and diligence for the security of the loan vehicle and will do nothing to jeopardise any and all insurance claims that may arise while the loan vehicle is in the user’s custody and care. In the event of any claim being invalidated due to the user’s fault the user will undertake to reimburse all costs to reinstate the loan vehicle. The user will also be responsible for any and all third party property or vehicle claims made against the user.
Smoking or the carrying of pets is not permitted in the loan vehicle.
Insurance Excess:
In the event of any damage or accident to the loan vehicle, the user will be liable for the insurance excess of $2500.00 or the value of the repairs, whichever is lesser.
The vehicle is provided solely for the weekend and must be returned to us at the date, time and place agreed with the user or immediately, upon verbal and written request by us to the user.
No more than 500km added to vehicle over the weekend.
Vehicle may change subject to availability.
There is 1x prize to give away to one winner. The prize contains:
- A weekend with a Porsche Boxster or Cayenne model
- Lunch voucher to the value of $300
- Entry for x2 to the Sculptureum
The winner must pick up the Porsche from Continental Cars Porsche – 40 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.8. The promotion opens on 10th November and closes on 4th December.
The winner will be announced on 5th December on either the Continental Cars Porsche Instagram or Facebook page giveaway post and must contact Continental Cars Porsche via message to redeem the prize. If the chosen winner doesn’t contact Porsche NZ by 7th December 2023 the winning prize draw is invalid.
The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and the promoter. Date of prize fulfilment is subject to availability.
Prize is not transferable, nor can it be redeemed for cash. This prize cannot be redeemed for cash (or cash equivalent), is not transferrable and is only redeemable by the competition winner.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.
Winner must sign an insurance form at the time of pick up.
