Is it available for any age of vehicle?

No, it’s for vehicles 6 years or older.

Is it cheaper to take my car to my local garage?

No. In most instances our exclusive 6Plus pricing is cheaper as well as being much better value than a Standard Service from your local garage. We only use genuine parts and our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment will check for any hidden niggles. If any additional repairs are required, we will not do anything without your consent, and you will also receive a discounted rate of 10% off parts and labour for items identified at time of visit.

Factory trained technicians – we have some of the mostly highly trained Volkswagen technicians in New Zealand. Each year our technicians continue to undergo multiple training courses to be able to provide a seamless diagnostic and repair service for our customers’ Volkswagen vehicles.

Your vehicle’s re-sale value – The advantage of having a full service-history with an Authorised Volkswagen Dealer helps to show any potential new owner that you have maintained the vehicle to the highest standards. The vehicle will attract a much better trade-in price when updating to a later model Volkswagen.

Roadside assist (0800 577 599) – Service your Volkswagen with us to receive 12-months of roadside assistance coverage. Ask your Service Advisor or see our website for conditions and further details.

Free Volkswagen cambelt check – no one likes unforeseen costs so we provide a free inspection of your cambelt so we can replace this before it fails. If the cambelt fails the vehicle’s engine will no longer be able to start so it’s important that the belt is replaced when required as to not inconvenience you in the future

Free wash & vacuum – We retain our own water at our Newmarket location so you can enjoy a clean car after your service, even in a water crisis.

No surprises – No unauthorised work will be carried out without your express approval and you will also receive an extra 10% off parts & labour costs identified at the Service.

Latest diagnostic equipment – Ever wondered if you paid for a repair at another garage that would have been covered by Volkswagen? We check factory recalls at every Service, so you don’t have to.

What else do I need to know?
  • Please drop your vehicle off before 9am if you’re needing to collect it early afternoon. Vehicles dropped after 9am will be ready for collection by the end of the day.
  • Loan cars are available, but please book your service as early as possible to ensure availability (we recommend 3-4 weeks in advance during Levels 1-3 of Covid-19)
  • If you’re having your windscreen replaced, please lodge the claim with your insurance company and let us have the claim number on arrival. We’ll take care of the rest.
  • Make sure to have your phone handy throughout the day in case we need to contact you.
  • If you have anything specific you need us to look at, please advise us when you make your booking, so we can allow additional time to investigate.
Will my service book get stamped?

Absolutely! Your service history will be recorded with all 6Plus services.
