Unveiled to the world at the 87th Geneva Motor Show, and due in New Zealand in quarter four of 2017, the all-new Audi RS 5 Coupé has been revealed as the head of our newly redesigned Audi A5 range. The all-new Audi RS 5 features a new, lighter 2.9 TFSI Bi-turbo V6 engine, producing 331 Kw and 600 Nm, and capable of 0-100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. Combine this with quattro all-wheel drive technology and the optional Sport differential for extraordinary responsiveness, the all-new Audi RS 5 promises a new performance benchmark.
“The new Audi RS 5 Coupé is the gran turismo among the RS models from Audi Sport”, says Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Audi Sport GmbH. “The high-performance Coupé combines elegant aesthetics with high everyday usability.” With it comes a whole new era in RS design: sharper, wider, tauter. Yet the rear air outlets and wheel arches still evoke the original Audi 90 quattro IMSA GTO.
With only 30 Audi RS 5 vehicles available before Christmas 2017, register your interest now to ensure you don’t miss out.
