No. In most instances our exclusive 6Plus pricing is cheaper as well as being much better value than a Standard Service from your local garage. We only use genuine parts and our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment will check for any hidden niggles.
If any additional repairs are required, we will not do anything without your consent, and you will also receive a discounted rate of 10% off parts & labour for items identified at time of visit.

Factory trained technicians – we have some of the mostly highly trained Audi technicians in New Zealand. Each year our technicians continue to undergo multiple training courses to be able to provide a seamless diagnostic and repair service for our customers’ Audi vehicles.

A 6Plus service is a basic oil service whereas a scheduled service (via age or mileage) will have a set list of replacement parts as part of the scheduled maintenance of the vehicle. 6Plus customers will be informed should any routine maintenance parts (e.g. spark plugs) require replacement.
Choosing a 6Plus service means you get all the benefits of a standard service at a manufacturer accredited dealer at a similar price to what you would have done if you chose to have your vehicle serviced at an independent outlet.
Absolutely! Your service history will be recorded with all 6Plus services.
- Please drop your vehicle off before 9am if you’re needing to collect it early afternoon. Vehicles dropped after 9am will be ready for collection by the end of the day.
- Loan cars are available, but please book your service as early as possible to ensure availability (we recommend 3-4 weeks in advance during Levels 1-3 of Covid-19).
- If you’re having your windscreen replaced, please lodge the claim with your insurance company and let us have the claim number on arrival. We’ll take care of the rest.
- Make sure to have your phone handy throughout the day in case we need to contact you.
- If you have anything specific you need us to look at, please advise us when you make your booking, so we can allow additional time to investigate.
