Delivery and collection included across the Auckland region. Overnight experiences are available Monday–Saturday, subject to availability. Not available on Public Holidays.

Terms & Conditions*

The promoter is Continental Cars Audi. The Audi Q3 Overnight Test Drive Experience allows eligible participants to experience an Audi Q3 overnight, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
To participate, drivers must:

  • Be aged 25 years or over
  • Hold a full, valid New Zealand driver licence
  • Provide identification and licence details upon request
  • Reside within the Auckland region

Continental Cars Audi reserves the right to decline any booking or test drive request at its discretion.

Booking & availability
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. The experience is available within the Auckland region only.
Continental Cars Audi will arrange delivery and collection of the vehicle to an agreed location within the Auckland region. The offer is not available on Sundays or public holidays. Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Continental Cars Audi. Continental Cars Audi reserves the right to substitute the advertised vehicle with another Audi model of similar value where necessary.

Vehicle use terms
The following terms apply to use of the vehicle:

  • The vehicle may only be driven by the approved driver(s) authorised by Continental Cars Audi.
  • The driver must not permit any unauthorised person to drive the vehicle.
  • The vehicle must not be operated under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.
  • The driver must take reasonable care of the vehicle and comply with all road rules and regulations.
  • Smoking and carrying pets in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, driver training, off-road driving, or any unlawful purpose.
  • The driver is responsible for all parking infringements, tolls, speeding fines, and traffic offences incurred during the loan period.
  • Any fuel used during the experience must be replaced prior to collection, or charges may apply.
  • Maximum permitted travel distance is 300km.

Insurance and damage

  • The vehicle is insured; however, the approved driver is liable for an insurance excess of up to NZD $2,500 in the event of loss or damage to the vehicle while in their possession.
  • The driver may also be liable for any costs not covered by insurance arising from a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any accident, damage, theft, or incident involving the vehicle must be reported to Continental Cars Audi immediately.

Vehicle return

  • The vehicle must be made available for collection at the agreed time and location.
  • Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is returned late, excessively dirty, damaged, or outside agreed terms of use.

Privacy
By submitting an enquiry or booking request, participants consent to Continental Cars Audi collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the test drive experience and contacting them regarding Audi products, services, and related offers.

General
Participation in the Audi Q3 Overnight Test Drive Experience constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Continental Cars Audi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
Continental Cars Audi accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the experience, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
