Continental Cars dealerships are open with measures in place to keep you safe.

Our dealerships are open for all your sales, service, and parts needs. We are following all government guidelines under the traffic light system, with strict hygiene and distancing protocols across all locations to protect our staff, customers and community. Here’s a brief overview of what we’re doing to keep you safe and healthy.

Increased sanitation measures

We have implemented strict hygiene measures, with thorough and regular cleaning of all dealership and vehicle touchpoints. Hand sanitiser is readily available for staff and customers across all areas of our dealerships.

Groomers, technicians and concierge staff will continue to wear gloves while working on your vehicles. This is currently a standard practice and is done for the wellbeing of everyone.

Physical distancing and contact tracing

Contact tracing and physical distancing procedures are in place so we can continue to provide world class service while protecting our community.

We ask that when visiting our dealerships you scan in with the NZ COVID Tracer app and wear a mask at all times for the health and safety of everyone in our dealerships.

At Red and Orange traffic light settings, face masks are required in our dealerships in keeping with government guidelines. Learn more here >

Frequently asked questions

I don't have the NZ COVID Tracer app. Can I still come in?

If you are unable to use the NZ Covid Tracer app, we can manually record your details when you enter the dealership instead.

Do I have to wear a mask once I'm inside the dealership?

At Red and Orange, all visitors and staff are required to wear a mask at all times inside our dealerships. At Green, face masks are not legally required. However, we do encourage you to wear a mask for the safety and comfort of others in the dealership. Learn more about face mask requirements here.

I'm not able to make it into the dealership. Do you have contactless options?

We offer a range of contactless service and sales options for your peace of mind. If you’re unable to find a service that suits you below, get in touch with our friendly team. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and figure out an arrangement that works for you.

Contactless options

We continue to offer contactless servicing and test drives on request for your comfort and peace of mind. We also offer virtual sales appointment options over video or phone. Contactless servicing

Our dealerships are set up for you to drop your vehicle at our service department with no contact required, making it safe and easy for you to get your vehicle service or WOF inspection.

Virtual vehicle tours

Our sales team can take you on a virtual tour of any vehicle we have in stock via Facetime, video call on Android, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and WeChat. Get in touch with our team to book an appointment.

Contactless test drives

To ensure you are still able to experience everything about the vehicles you are interested in, we offer contactless test drives with strict hygiene protocols for your peace of mind.
