Continental Cars Audi is now able to offer contactless appointments for both sales & service. We are committed to ensuring that we are still able to look after your vehicle servicing & repairs, as well as contactless sales appointments, if you are considering an upgrade. You can rest assured that we have instigated strict hygiene, health and safety measures to protect staff and customers alike.

Contactless Servicing

Our dealership is setup for you to drop your vehicle at our service department with no contact required. Making it safe and easy for you to get your vehicle service or WOF inspection.

Virtual sales appointments

Our showroom is currently closed to visitors but our sales team is available for “virtual” sales appointments via Facetime, video call on Android, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and WeChat.

Most of us are now used to this method of communication with our friends and family via our phones and other devices. We can offer this same service with our sales consultants – they can take you on a virtual tour of any vehicle we have in stock.

Contactless Test drive

To ensure you are still able to experience everything about the vehicle(s) you are interested in, we are now able to offer at home contactless test drive appointments.

Your sales consultant will deliver a vehicle to your home or business, and come back to collect the vehicle at an agreed time. The entire process remains contactless and we have implemented strict hygiene protocols for your peace of mind.

We’re keeping in line with the Government’s mandates over the period so you can rest assured.
Here’s a brief overview of what we’re doing to keep you and our staff safe and healthy.

  • A daily register will be kept of anyone on our premises.
  • Groomers, technicians and concierge staff will continue to wear gloves while working on your vehicles. This is currently a standard practice and is done for the wellbeing of everyone.
  • Stricter cleaning and sanitation of all dealership and vehicle touchpoints including cleaning logs of all vehicles serviced and/or test-driven.
  • Clearly defined procedures and policies for staff to adhere to.

Please be aware that under the current Level 3 restrictions, we cannot have customers entering our dealership buildings.
Appointments must be made directly with our service and sales staff who will advise further details for your Contactless Service or Test Drive.
